This document covers the informational corporate website artel-group.com. The site has no contact form, registration, user accounts or newsletter. Analytics, advertising tracking and marketing mailings are absent. Contact is provided through published corporate details.

2. Page delivery

To receive a page, a browser sends the server its IP address, requested URL and technical HTTP headers. These are ordinary requests for pages and resources; the site does not ask visitors for a name, phone, email or message.

Pages are delivered through Beget hosting. The website code does not create its own visit logs, enquiry database or visitor profiles. Information about actual hosting-side handling of technical requests can be obtained from the company using its published contacts.

Where technical information in a particular environment relates to a directly or indirectly identifiable person, the application of Law No. 152-FZ and the processing ground under Article 6 are assessed against actual operations. An informational website alone does not prove that hosting involves no personal data.

3. Browser settings

The website code sets no HTTP cookies. After an explicit choice, artel:privacy:v1 may be saved in localStorage: the settings version, chosen categories and choice date. Duration: up to 180 days; an expired record is removed when next checked. It contains no name, contact details, IP address or unique visitor identifier.

Only when preferences are allowed, artel:assembly:v3 in sessionStorage stores seen to avoid repeating the Artel introduction in the tab. Duration: the tab session, subject to browser session restoration. These records are not sent to the server.

The storage choice is not consent to collect enquiries or other visitor information. Content is accessible without making a choice. Further details appear in the cookie policy and settings linked from every footer.

4. Resources and recipients

Fonts, images and scripts load from this website. There are no analytics services, advertising pixels, CAPTCHA or external embeds. The code does not create visitor profiles or send browser settings to third parties.

Beget is the hosting provider designated for the site. Its actual handling of technical requests must correspond to the owner’s verified configuration and contract. Information about actual technical-data handling is provided by the company on request.

The company register link leads to a separate Russian Federal Tax Service website only through a visitor’s action. That resource’s rules apply upon navigation.

5. Founder information

Founder names, roles and ownership shares are information published by the company. They are not collected from site visitors. The grounds for publishing those details are assessed separately from visitor privacy.

6. Questions and rights

Website questions and legally provided requests can be sent to the company’s published postal address or artel.group.office@gmail.com. The procedure can be clarified by phone.

If the company actually processes a requester’s personal data, statutory rights to information, correction, blocking, destruction and appeal apply. Requests follow Articles 14, 20 and 21 of Law No. 152-FZ; identity details are requested only where legally necessary.

Communication through the published phone, postal address or email takes place outside the website. Selecting an email link opens the visitor’s mail application; the website does not receive or retain the message.
